Act on cybersecurity comes into effect on January 1st 2015. National CERT that is operated by CZ.NIC association is according to the law receiving reports of contact details and cyber security incidents from compulsory agencies and persons. Bodies and persons referred to in § 3. b) of the Act may report cyber security incidents over the form of cyber security incident available on pages CSIRT.CZ. Compulsory agencies and persons referred to in § 3. a) and b) of the Act may report contact information over Form for reporting contact information.
