Google Public DNS Server Traffic Hijacked, Millions users impacted

The last successfully attack against Google occurred yesterday, the Google’s public DNS (Domain name system) was hit, the Internet monitoring firm BGPmon issued an alert to inform Internet users that Google DNS 8.8.8.8 was hijacked for around 22 minutes. The attackers exploited a well-known vulnerability in the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP).
