Microsoft issues critical security patches for Adobe Flash Player

Microsoft released numerous patches late on Tuesday to fix flaws in Adobe Flash. The flaws are rated "Critical" for Windows client operating systems to Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2016, but "Moderate" for Windows Server 2012. The patches are available over Windows Update. Bulletin MS17-005 for Adobe Flash Player addresses remote code execution (RCE) vulnerabilities for some currently supported Windows systems.
