The TLS vulnerability is also known as Return of Bleichenbacher's Oracle Threat (ROBOT). ROBOT allows an attacker to obtain the RSA key necessary to decrypt TLS traffic under certain conditions. Mitigations include installing updates to affected products as they become available.
